Privacy Notice (Mexico)

Gabriel Márquez, an individual operating under the commercial brand mi·ma, domiciled in the United Mexican States (available upon request via the contact email), is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.

Identification and contact data: email. Minor's data provided by you: name, date of birth, country, and care records.

Sensitive personal data: the minor's health records (symptoms, vaccines, neonatal screenings, growth measurements). Their processing requires your express consent, which you grant by entering them.

Primary purposes (necessary for the service): create and manage your account, store and display your baby's records, send notifications you enable, and process payments.

We do not carry out secondary purposes such as marketing or advertising with your data.

Your data is stored and processed via processors (Supabase, Vercel, Polar) that may be located abroad (US). These transfers are necessary to provide the service and do not require additional consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. We do not make transfers that require your consent.

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent, by sending a request to primerasmiradas.sapi@gmail.com, stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and the data involved. You may also rectify and cancel most of your data directly in the app.

We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party marketing cookies.
