mi·ma is a digital tool to log and organize information about your baby's care. It is a smart notebook, nothing more.

mi·ma is NOT a medical device, does NOT provide diagnoses, does NOT give medical advice, and does NOT replace care from a health professional. The information it shows (vaccine schedules, milestones, growth ranges, educational content) is general and informational, based on public sources, and may not apply to your particular case.

Any decision about your baby's health must be made with a pediatrician or qualified health professional. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in mi·ma.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. You must be of legal age to register.

You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of the data you enter, including the minor's data. You declare that you have the authority to provide it.

You may use mi·ma for personal and family purposes. You may not: use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, scrape data, resell the service, or use it in a way that harms third parties or the brand.

mi·ma offers free features and paid premium features. Payments are processed through Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record (the merchant responsible for the transaction and tax invoicing).

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the contracted period unless you cancel before renewal. You may cancel at any time; you will keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Refund requests are handled according to Polar's policy and applicable law. Except where required by law, periods already consumed are non-refundable.

The mi·ma brand, software, design, texts, and educational content are the property of the operator and are protected by law. The data you enter is yours: we only use it to provide you the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or part of it) at any time, without liability to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Gabriel Márquez, nor the mi·ma brand, nor any entity the operator may incorporate in the future, nor their collaborators, shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, lost profits, or damages arising from decisions made based on the service's information.

In any case, the operator's total aggregate liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you use the free version.

This limitation applies to the operating individual and extends to any company or entity that replaces them as the service operator.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator (and any entity they incorporate in the future) from any claim, demand, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of a third party's rights, including entering data without proper authorization.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you by present or future domicile.
